Atlas generates Frigid Breath around him for 5s each time he casts a skill. Enemies affected by Frigid Breath will have their Movement Speed gradually reduced over 2s, after which they'll be frozen for 0.5s.
Atlas gains 20 (+0.5% Extra Max HP) extra Physical & Magic Defense when Frigid Breath is present.
Gameplay guide
Atlas is a roam team-fight initiator who ejects from his Mecha for speed and damage reduction, then stuns when pilot and Mecha reunite. Fatal Links chains multiple heroes and throws them to a chosen location, while every skill creates Frigid Breath that can freeze nearby enemies after two seconds.
Rotate with mid and jungle, use Perfect Match's speed and terrain options to threaten a reunion stun, and position ahead of targets so the Mecha catches them rather than following from behind. Use Annihilate after reuniting to refresh Frigid Breath.
Wait for enemies to cluster at Turtle, approach through fog, reunite for the stun, and cast Fatal Links quickly rather than over-channeling in full view. Throw chained targets toward allies or away from their escape.
Track Purify, suppression, and enemy spacing before Lord. Use Flicker to close an unexpected gap or execute the extended opposite-direction Perfect Match setup only when practiced; otherwise peel divers and keep Fatal Links as a threat.
Check allied cooldowns before Fatal Links; a perfect pull without available follow-up only relocates the enemy team.
Use Perfect Match from fog and separate from the mech near the enemy formation, shortening the warning before Frigid Breath freezes.
Drag linked enemies toward allied damage or away from the objective; throwing them behind the wrong wall can deny follow-up.

The reunion stun prevents reaction to the chain, and the immediate throw is safer than a telegraphed long channel. Annihilate then refreshes Frigid Breath around the landing.
