Gameplay guide
Aurora is a mid-lane control-poke mage whose freeze effects also work on turrets. Frosty Breeze creates a distant frozen area, Frigid Glacier grows along a path before shattering into a large freeze, and Pride of Ice prevents one fatal hit by freezing Aurora invincibly while restoring 30% maximum HP.
Prioritize Hailstone Blast for wave clear and safe poke. Use Frosty Breeze so the target stands in its far-end frozen area, then place Hailstone Blast on the controlled position. Watch both river sides and avoid spending every spell on the wave when the enemy assassin is missing.
Move with the team and cast from fog. Frosty Breeze can start a single-target catch, while Frigid Glacier is strongest through a choke or after allied control prevents enemies from leaving its expanding area. Keep distance so a missed freeze does not immediately become a death.
Stand behind the tank and wait for enemy commitment before exposing Aurora. Aim Frigid Glacier across multiple enemies or the path they must retreat through, then layer the other freeze and meteor. Track the visible availability of Pride of Ice and leave the area before opponents surround its recovery point.
Place Frosty Breeze so its frozen area forms at the far end across the enemy's route, not harmlessly behind or short of them.
Cast Frigid Glacier along a choke before enemies fully commit, forcing them to leave the expanding path or be frozen when it shatters.
Check whether Aurora's frozen-state passive is ready before holding an exposed position; without it, the same angle may be lethal.
The distant frozen area holds the target for the meteor and makes the glacier expansion harder to leave. Aim manually so the far end—not merely the initial fan—covers the hero.
The immediate 80% slow helps the glacier expand beneath the group. Add Frosty Breeze to layer another freeze area, then place the meteor where controlled targets will remain.
