Gameplay guide
Odette is a mid-lane area-damage mage whose skill casts prepare bouncing sound waves and whose five-second Swan Song can cover an entire clustered fight. Blue Nova supplies the immobilize needed to start her channel, while Swan Song's recast gives one short repositioning dash.
Use Avian Authority to clear and poke, weave the prepared sound-wave basic attack when safe, and rotate only with river information or a teammate. Blue Nova is both setup and protection, so do not waste it when an enemy roamer can engage.
Join objective fights from behind the front line and watch which enemy controls can stop Swan Song. Immobilize a target or wait for allied setup, begin the channel in a tight space, then use its recast dash once to keep important enemies inside without cancelling it through another action.
Be patient and arrive from fog after opponents spend their interruption. Odette is a primary damage dealer whose early death can decide Lord; prioritize a complete, protected channel over flashing into five enemies before allied control begins.
Let allied setup force interruption skills first, then begin Swan Song without delaying the guaranteed opening for another personal skill.
Cast Avian Authority through a minion when the bounce can reach a hero behind it, letting Odette poke without walking into direct range.
Track knockback, airborne, and suppression skills before Swan Song; wait for those interruptions to be used or covered by an ally.
Immobilize first, add damage and slow, then channel while the target has limited time to leave. Only use the ultimate's own recast for movement during the channel.
