Gameplay guide
Alucard is a jungle fighter-assassin who turns every skill cast into a dashing empowered basic attack. Fission Wave supplies permanent Hybrid Lifesteal, temporarily lowers enemy defenses, raises Alucard's defenses, and halves his other skill cooldowns before its optional finishing shockwave. His damage and survival both depend on weaving attacks instead of dumping skills together.
Clear efficiently and prioritize the first Turtle over an extended low-percentage chase. Use Whirling Smash and Groundsplitter with a basic attack after each cast. Gank from a bush or after allied control so the Pursuit dash reaches a valuable target instead of pulling Alucard into a tank.
Convert successful ganks into turrets, buffs, or Turtle and maintain the gold lead. Let a tank or fighter create the opening, then cast Fission Wave over the priority target, weave attacks between reduced-cooldown skills, and use the second ultimate cast when its line is reliable.
Approach from fog and focus the marksman, mage, or vulnerable jungler after control is committed. Do not stand in front absorbing poke before the fight. If the intended carry remains protected, wait or counter-engage rather than lifestealing into five enemies and anti-heal.
Enter after important control is used; starting first gives enemies time to stop every attack needed for recovery.
After winning a gank, take the nearby turret, Turtle, or enemy camp before searching for another kill so Alucard's farming lead keeps growing.
Hold Groundsplitter to cross an incoming aimed skill, then re-engage with the passive leap instead of using every dash only to approach.
Jump in, activate the ultimate's defense swing and cooldown reduction, then weave a Pursuit attack after every available skill. Fire the shockwave when the target's path is clear rather than canceling the close-range cycle too early.
