Kadita gains the Blessing of the Ocean every 30s. Taking damage from an enemy hero triggers the Blessing for 4s.
When the duration ends, she recovers 65% of the HP lost during this time (damage from minions and creeps does not trigger this effect).
Gameplay guide
Kadita is a mid-lane or roam mage-assassin who rides through terrain with Control Immunity and Damage Reduction, knocks enemies airborne, then releases outward and returning waves while untargetable. Her periodic Blessing restores 65% of hero damage lost during its four-second window.
Clear safely, then rotate through terrain from an unwarded angle. Use Ocean Ode and its return path for poke only when the enemy cannot punish the landing; preserve the faster Breath setup for a real gank.
Hide near objective routes and wait for the carry to enter range. Ride in, cast Breath beneath Kadita for the shortened delay, exit at the correct position, and use Rough Waves point-blank so multiple outward and returning waves connect.
Do not show before the assassination window. Track suppression and defensive items, commit only when the target or grouped enemies can be controlled, and move underground to align returning waves or leave the center of retaliation.
Aim Ocean Oddity through the target toward safety so its recast route remains useful after the burst.
Charge Breath of the Ocean while enemies are occupied or while Kadita is moving with Ocean Oddity, hiding more of its warning before the knock-up.
After taking burst, disengage long enough for Thalassophobia to return the stored HP instead of immediately re-entering before the heal lands.

Exit wave near target
Move underground to align returning wavesCasting Breath during Ocean Ode shortens its delay; the airborne target remains close enough for several ultimate waves, and underground movement adjusts the return paths.

When already hidden and close, lead with the delayed knock-up, use Ocean Ode to enter under protection, and let its independent return add damage after Kadita begins the ultimate.
