Luo Yi's skills can create Sigils of Yin/Yang on the battlefield. Each Sigil lasts up to 6s.
Sigils of opposite attributes will trigger Yin-Yang Reaction when they are within a certain distance, dealing 300 (+25*Hero Level) (+190% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to the marked enemies, stunning them for 0.3s, and pulling them toward each other.
Each time Luo Yi applies a new Sigil to a marked enemy, she gains a 300 (+10*Hero Level) (+150% Total Magic Power) shield (up to 3 stacks) and 50% extra Movement Speed that decays over 2s.
Gameplay guide
Luo Yi is a mid-lane control mage who alternates Yin and Yang attributes. Opposite sigils close enough to one another trigger a powerful pull and stun, refund a Dispersion charge, and give Luo Yi stacking shields and movement whenever she applies a new sigil to a marked hero.
Use Rotation on the wave or a choke and fire the opposite Dispersion attribute through a marked hero to trigger reactions. Conserve the four charges while using every reaction refund to maintain lane pressure.
Set up reactions around Turtle entrances and use the resulting shields and speed to reposition safely. Cast Diversion only with vision and a communicated purpose: flank, objective collapse, reinforcement, or escape.
Stand behind the front line and aim reactions at grouped carries or the first hero shielding them. A hidden Diversion can create a decisive flank, but the destination must be safe enough for every transported ally after the delay.
Use Rotation on heroes or their route, not an uncontested wave, because its main value is the slow and reaction setup.
Before an objective, cycle the current Yin-Yang states so Dispersion and Rotation begin on opposite signs instead of fixing the sequence after contact.
Check the destination before teleporting and place the circle where allies—or Luo Yi alone—can arrive without being surrounded immediately.

Reaction pullNext opposite pairing as attributes alternateRotation persists for six seconds, so an opposite Dispersion mark triggers the pull and refunds one charge, enabling another alternating reaction.

Continue reaction chainThe team arrives after three seconds; pre-planned positioning lets Luo Yi immediately control the retreat with an opposite-sigil reaction.
