Gameplay guide
Lylia is a mid-lane zone mage who places Shadow Energy charges and sends Gloom through them to detonate, upgrade, and accelerate later charges. Black Shoes rewinds her position, HP, and Mana to four seconds earlier while adding 10% Max HP, allowing aggressive pressure only when the return location is safe.
Place Shadow Energy where the wave and opponent overlap, then aim Magic Shockwave so Gloom devours it. Build Gloom levels through successful detonations while retaining enough charges for a river threat.
Seed Turtle or choke entrances before enemies arrive and chain bombs in the direction they must cross. Step forward only with a safe Black Shoes marker behind the team, then rewind after drawing meaningful skills or taking heavy damage.
Stay near allies and use repeated 80% initial slows plus detonations to deny approaches. Watch the four-second history continuously; if the prior position is unsafe, delay aggression rather than treating Black Shoes as unconditional survival.
Glance at the Black Shoes position before crossing terrain; the saved return can become dangerous after the fight moves.
Spread Shadow Energy charges across the retreat route rather than stacking all at one point, giving Gloom explosions room to follow.
Watch where Black Shoes was recorded before committing forward; the reset is only safe if that earlier location has not been occupied.

Repeat detonations while charges remainEvery devoured bomb upgrades Gloom and increases later explosion damage, while hero hits refund charge time for a longer chain.

Draw damage or control
Re-engage only if charges and position permitThe ultimate returns all three tracked states from four seconds earlier, so the bait begins only after confirming where Lylia will reappear.
