Marcel's split soul, Clemar , enters the camera to freeze the moment. His Basic Attacks deal 50 (+40% Total Physical Attack) (+40% Total Magic Defense) (+40% Total Physical Defense) Physical Damage . His Extra HP is converted into 1.5% Hybrid Defense.
Clemar automatically snaps photos of enemy heroes near Marcel, causing a brief Frozen Moment and dealing 20 (+ 5% of Max HP) True Damage (triggers Attack Effects). It also grants a shield of the same value to Marcel and a nearby allied hero. Cooldown: 12s per target.
Gameplay guide
Marcel is a defensive roamer whose damage scales from both defenses and whose passive periodically deals 5% enemy Max HP as True Damage while shielding himself and a nearby ally. Golden Hour freezes almost every unit, projectile, and effect in an area except Marcel and shielded allies.
Trade near a lane partner so each passive photo shields two heroes, and use Framed Moment's 60% slow to protect farm or contest bushes. Do not expect strong invade damage without coordinated allies.
Begin Framed Moment, activate Tracking Shot, then dash so the delayed area stays behind on the target while Marcel repositions. Before Golden Hour, trigger Platinum Snap on the ally who needs to move inside it.
Coordinate the ultimate rather than casting it reactively with no shielded follow-up. Freeze a contested area, focus one enemy with freely moving shielded allies, and account for delayed projectiles when the two-second window ends.
Apply Platinum Snap before the ultimate to every ally who must move; unshielded teammates remain frozen and cannot follow the call.
Stand near the ally most likely to be focused when Marcel's periodic passive strike is ready so its shield protects the correct teammate.
Use the freeze to protect a focused ally or create a clean damage window, not merely to pause a fight when the team has no follow-up prepared.

Recast dash while the frame stays
The dash changes Marcel's position without moving the delayed damage zone, making its 2.5-second shot harder to escape while preparing a shield.

Shielded ally and Marcel reposition
Focus one frozen target as the field resolvesOnly Marcel and allies carrying the passive shield may move freely, so shielding first is what converts the freeze into a coordinated advantage.
