Official Skills tab

Obsidia gains Bone Energy whenever she deals damage. Basic Attacks grant 1 Energy against non-hero units and 2 against hero units. Skills grant Energy equal to 3 times the amount granted by Basic Attacks against the same unit type. No Energy is gained from hitting creeps.
At 30 Bone Energy , it forms a Bone Shard (up to 25 shards). Killing an enemy hero instantly grants 1 Bone Shard(s) . When Obsidia uses Basic Attacks, all Bone Shards strike the target, each dealing (+6% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage (inherits 6% Attack Effects).
Obsidia's Basic Attacks deal 70 (+70% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage (inherits 100% Attack Effects).
Gameplay guide
Obsidia is a scaling Gold Lane marksman who converts 30 Bone Energy into one of up to 25 permanent Bone Shards. Every basic sends all stored shards into the target, while her ultimate tethers one hero and grants five temporary shards plus Attack Speed.
Prioritize safe lane hits and use Abyssal Bone Needle through minions toward a hero to accelerate Energy without sacrificing farm. Avoid unnecessary all-ins until permanent shard count can support them.
Poke before committing, use Phantom Shadowmeld to dodge or reposition, then tether a damaged carry and continue moving attacks. Hero kills instantly grant another permanent shard, rewarding clean finishes.
Enter fights with a high shard count and select a target whose team cannot punish the tether. During Hunt of Bone, move through terrain and keep firing while the enhanced one-second Shadowmeld is available for repositioning.
Do not tether the first visible hero; choose someone whose escape route through terrain will not drag Obsidia into the enemy team.
Prioritize safe opportunities to build permanent Bone Shards before forcing early fights, since the later tether depends on that scaling.
Build Bone Energy on lane units and enemy heroes rather than jungle creeps, which do not grant the resource needed for permanent Bone Shards.
Bone Shards strike the hero

Needle delivers the stored volley first; once HP is lowered, the tether adds five temporary shards and Attack Speed for the committed finish.

The target cannot use displacement skills and drags Obsidia along, while the enhanced mobility helps maintain a safe attacking angle.
