Freya gains 1 Sacred Orb with each Basic Attack (up to 6 Sacred Orbs ). Consuming 1 Sacred Orb grants Freya 100% Attack Speed for her next Basic Attack (up to 6 stacks).
While out of combat, Sacred Orbs regenerate gradually.
Gameplay guide
Freya is an EXP-lane or jungle fighter who stores up to six Sacred Orbs through basic attacks or out-of-combat regeneration. Valkyrie Slash has no normal cooldown but spends two orbs per cast; each orb consumed also grants a stack that makes her next basic attack 100% faster. Valkyrie Descent supplies a control-immune dive and a ten-second healing splash-attack state.
Build Sacred Orbs with safe basic attacks and use Leap of Faith's shield and knock-up for favorable trades. Valkyrie Slash can cross structures and follow movement, but every cast spends two orbs, so do not empty the resource merely to poke. Reach level four with orbs prepared for the first objective or all-in.
Use Valkyrie Descent to cross control and land on a priority target, then save Leap of Faith for the target's escape or for its shield after enemy damage begins. Alternate Valkyrie Slash with the fast basic attack granted by orb consumption to preserve the chain and healing.
Approach from a flank after the enemy's strongest control is used. Freya can pressure the back line, but a front-facing dive into five prepared enemies wastes the ultimate's brief control immunity. Rebuild orbs before Lord instead of arriving after a side-lane sequence with no resources.
Build Sacred Orbs before the important fight so Spirit Combo can continue instead of ending after its first control.
Use the fast Basic Attacks granted after each skill before casting again when pressure allows, gaining more value from every Sacred Orb spent.
Space Spirit Combo casts around incoming damage so each shield absorbs something useful rather than overlapping every shield at the start.
Enter Valkyrie state with Sacred Orbs already stored, weave attacks for healing and orb generation, and use the leap when its shield or knock-up helps keep contact. Every slash consumes two orbs and speeds the next attack.
Two stored Sacred Orbs plus the two Basic Attacks fund both Valkyrie Slash casts. Use the leap's shield to absorb the answer and preserve the final slash for disengaging when the trade turns.
