Each skill cast adds a rune to Gusion's dagger (stacks up to 4 times). Each stack enhances Gusion's next Basic Attack to deal additional damage equal to 3% of the target's Max HP and restore 50 (+25% Total Magic Power) HP to himself.
Gameplay guide
Gusion is a high-mechanics magic assassin whose ultimate resets both dagger skills and enables a second dash. His real damage comes from placing and recalling Shadowblade Slaughter daggers through a marked target, while every skill cast prepares a maximum-HP empowered basic attack that also heals him.
Maximize Shadowblade Slaughter for clear and damage, then gank after securing farm. Aim Sword Spike manually and practice recalling only after Gusion reaches the correct side of the target; take Turtle after a successful nearby gank.
Look for isolated carries and align the first volley before committing the marked dash. Incandescence should reset a partially used Shadowblade Slaughter so the next cast adds five daggers, creating a ten-dagger recall when both sets are available.
Wait for allied control or a carry's defensive skill to be spent. Burst from fog, weave the empowered basic attack only when safe, and reserve the second Incandescence dash to leave; a technically complete combo is still wrong if it trades the jungler before Lord.
Do not follow Sword Spike unless the return daggers will converge safely; a landed mark is information, not a required engage.
Move to one side of the target before recalling Shadowblade Slaughter so the returning daggers converge through them instead of spreading wide.
Treat Incandescence as both a second skill cycle and an escape; choose the first dash position so the reset does not leave Gusion without a safe direction.
