Each time Miya hits a target with her Basic Attack, she gains 5% Attack Speed for 4s. Stacks up to 5 times.
After reaching full stacks, Miya summons a Moonlight Shadow with each Basic Attack that deals 30 (+25% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage and inherits a portion of Attack Effects.
Gameplay guide
Miya is a gold-lane marksman who scales through attack speed and repeated basic attacks. Reaching five Moon Blessing stacks adds a Moonlight Shadow to every attack, while Moon Arrow spreads attack effects to nearby targets. Hidden Moonlight is both her only cleanse and her main repositioning tool, so using it offensively carries real risk.
Farm safely, use Arrow of Eclipse and Moon Arrow to clear or punish a target who cannot immediately trade back, and avoid forcing a duel before level four. Build Moon Blessing stacks on the wave when pressure is safe, but do not stand forward merely to preserve them. Treat Hidden Moonlight primarily as insurance against a gank or dangerous debuff.
After one or two core items, join fights from behind vision and the front line. Immobilize an exposed target with Arrow of Eclipse, activate Moon Arrow, and keep attacking while maintaining a safe angle. Use the attack speed to help secure Turtle, Lord, and turrets after clearing nearby threats.
Wait for enemy burst and control before revealing your position. Hit the nearest safe hero rather than walking through the front line for a carry. Hidden Moonlight can cleanse and reposition defensively; an aggressive concealed flank is appropriate only when the target is isolated and the enemy's answers are known.
Treat Hidden Moonlight as protection against a gank or dangerous debuff unless every enemy who can punish an aggressive flank is visible.
Build Moon Blessing on the wave before a trade; entering with five stacks gives Miya immediate Attack Speed instead of spending the opening seconds charging.
Hidden Moonlight grants all five Moon Blessing stacks when Miya leaves concealment, so begin attacking only after reaching a safe firing position.
Kite at maximum range
Immobilize first so the enhanced multi-target attacks can connect, then kite while maintaining a safe firing angle. Keep Hidden Moonlight for the enemy's control or counter-engage instead of spending it just to approach.
